To Withdraw and cancel services
To Not Accept Refunds without the Return of your unwanted goods. (We will not make you handle broken glass, a photo is acceptable if the item arrives broken)

Return and Refund Policy

We implore you to email us ( charlie@degliocchi.com ) for returns or refund inquiries.

If you wish to refund because you simply do not like the fragrance, you will be expected to mail the item back to us. Refund will be issued upon receiving the item.

If your item is broken in transit, send us a photo of the damage, and we will be happy to either replace or refund the item.
